Additional information about rental rates
- Rental charges include all utilities eg gas, electric, water etc. If a mid week villa clean is required , this will be at an extra charge. A 25% deposit is required upon booking. The balance is due 2 months prior to arrival together with a £300 refundable security deposit against damage. Long term winter lets available please enquire about rates.
